Drone registration

The SFCD drone registration is mainly used to find and then return lost drones. The SFCD drone registration is a private club registration (only valid in Switzerland).

A C H T U N G : It is not an official aircraft registration certificate 

                          and not the registration

registration provided by the FOCA/EASA (ev. UAS.Gate).
(this serves primarily for the legal prosecution of the drone pilot; 
in the event of an accident or unlawful use of the drone).

The objectives of drone registration are as follows:

Instruction

  • Click on the link or call up the menu
  • To register drones you must first personally register and login to this website.
  • Enter the exact drone and holder data in the mask.
  • Upload 1 - 3 images of the drone

The entries will then be checked, if everything is o.k. you will receive your SVZD aircraft ID and the drone labels by mail. If you have any questions, a SVZD registration expert will contact you by e-mail.

Conditions

  • The registration is valid for 2 years, after which you will be automatically contacted to renew or delete the registration.
  • Please notify us of any changes to the owner's address or to the drone (including deletion of the entry in the event of loss) by e-mail at registration@drohnenverband.ch
  • The registration data will not be passed on. Individual entries can be viewed by the executive committee of the drone association, CH authorities and insurance service providers.

The infrastructure is protected against abusive access according to the current state of the art.

Expenses

  • The registration of 3 drones is free of charge for SVZD members.
  • All other entries cost 25.00 CHF. The invoice will be sent by e-mail before the SVZD aircraft ID card is delivered.
