General Assembly 2020 (financial year 2019)

Since today still nobody can estimate, when the ban on assembly will be lifted and a physical general assembly will become possible again, this general assembly will be carried out in writing. Because in order to remain capable of acting as association, it needs the agreement of the association members entitled to vote for the activities in the current association year.

On 16 March 2020, the Federal Council issued an emergency ordinance which provides for a written assembly facility for associations (paragraph 6a of the emergency ordinance 2 on measures to combat coronavirus (Covid-19). The emergency ordinance is available on our website for your information (General Assembly 2020).
This Emergency Ordinance allows us to hold our General Assembly in writing.

Participation in this General Meeting is possible from 07.05.20 to 18.05.20, 12.00 noon. On 19.05.20 the evaluation will take place under notarial supervision. The results will be communicated on our SFCD website by 22.05.20 at the latest.
